K Wm. Beach Manufacturing company has got plenty of things going on to

custom die cutting services to the Automotive, Aerospace, Recreational
Vehicles including motorcycle manufacturers.
In
my visit to the plant I had found the people to be very friendly, but
also very business like as well. The plant is one of the cleanest
manufacturing facilities I've seen. The people are very proud of the
work they do and the growth that they have achieved over the years. As with any growing business K Wm. Beach has made a name for itself within
a crowded and competitive field. It seems that they have proven
themselves to be a manufacturing partner with the experience,
expertise, and reputation required to handle even the most complex
requirements. Providing solutions for customers that meet the demands
for cost reduction, quality improvement and rapid delivery K, WM BEACH
has separated itself from the rest of the competition.
Die cutting services is not for the weak hearted, years
of professional experience with state of the art equipment, is what
enables K Wm Beach the ability to provide their customers with a high
quality product that is always reliable. The automotive and
motorcycle subassembly portion offers customers "Just In Time" labor
for their manufacturing processes. Being a Tier I and Tier II
supplier requires a company to provide superior materials, quality
workmanship and great EDI capabilities for
communications. All of the above seem to be provided by the K Wm Beach
Manufacturing company. As Ray Derrick the General Manager at the
Springfield Ohio Plant stated "We are always trying to improve on die
cut services, engineering services, along with finding new an
innovative ways to streamline the shipping, receiving and ordering
functions to successfully handle a large number of Tier I and Tier II
vendors" From what I can see first-hand they are doing a great job of
meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
